Silk Winkle PLA filament has been enhanced with special polymers that give it a glossy, smooth, and silky finish, capable of reflecting light intensely and concealing layer lines. This results in prints with a professional finish and a striking visual appeal, ideal for those seeking highly detailed prints and impeccable presentation.
Although it maintains the properties of standard PLA, such as ease of printing, low shrinkage and no warping, PLA Silk goes a step further by offering greater thermal and mechanical resistance, as well as allowing visual adjustment of the finish based on the printing parameters.
Recommended printing parameters:
Nozzle temperature: 200 – 230 ºC
Bed temperature: 50 – 70 ºC
Printing speed: 40 – 80 mm/s
