PLA UL94 V-0 (Flame Retardant): Safety, strength and reliability for critical environments.
Winkle's PLA UL94 V-0 is a specially formulated filament designed to offer fire resistance and electrical safety, making it the perfect choice for projects that require compliance with fire protection regulations.
Thanks to its UL94 V-0 certified raw material, this PLA is self-extinguishing, meaning it stops burning in less than 10 seconds after the ignition source is removed, without spreading flames or generating flammable dripping.
Recommended printing parameters:
Nozzle temperature: 190 – 250 ºC
Bed temperature: 50 – 60 ºC
Printing speed: 40 – 60 mm/s
Volumetric speed: up to 9 mm³/s
